Is this item in stock?
If the option is available to purchase an item, that means we have it in stock. If we run out of an item, we will remove it from sale until it is back in stock. Some items are made to order so if the option/product you want isn’t available just send us a message so we can take a look.
How are the items sent?
All items are securely packaged and sent out 1st class via Royal Mail. Once we have received your order we can get it made, packaged and posted as soon as we can.
Will you keep me updated about my order?
Once your order has been placed, a notification should be sent to the email address that you have placed the order with.
I have received the wrong item/something is missing. What should I do?
In the rare case that you receive an incorrect order, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us here or on Facebook/Instagram and we'll do everything in our power to put things right.
What does my money get spent on?
The payment covers your item, postage, packaging & banking fees. Any additional money we make is spent on running & maintaining the group and investing in new and current products.
